OUR NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY
Please note that Jewel Hub operates under a NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy. Once a purchase has been made and the item has been delivered to you, the transaction is final. We do not accept returns or process refunds under normal circumstances.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS - EXCHANGE ONLY
The ONLY exception to our no-return policy is if you receive a defective, broken, or damaged product.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE:
You MUST provide BOTH of the following:
1. UNBOXING VIDEO/PHOTO - A clear video or photograph showing you unboxing the product and revealing the defect or damage for the first time. This must clearly show:
• The sealed package being opened
• The damaged or defective item inside
• The specific damage or defect
• Today's date visible in the video/photo
2. PARCEL RECEIPT PHOTO - A clear photograph of:
• The delivery parcel/package you received
• The parcel condition when it arrived
• The delivery label/receipt
IMPORTANT: Both the unboxing evidence AND parcel condition evidence must be provided. We cannot process exchanges without both pieces of documentation.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once we receive your evidence (unboxing video/photo + parcel receipt photo), we will:
• Review the images/videos
• Verify the damage or defect
• If approved, send you a replacement product at NO COST
• Provide you with a prepaid return label for the damaged item
• Ship the replacement within 5-7 business days of approval
WHAT DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR EXCHANGE:
• Change of mind or preference
• Items that fit differently than expected
• Normal wear and tear
• Color variations (due to lighting in product photos)
• Missing unboxing video/photo or parcel receipt photo
• Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
• Items opened and used beyond inspection purposes
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Without clear evidence (both unboxing and parcel photos/videos), we cannot process any exchange requests. This policy helps us:
• Ensure only genuinely defective items are exchanged
• Prevent misuse of our exchange policy
• Maintain fair practices for all customers

HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE

• Clear unboxing video or photo
• Parcel receipt photo

5. Once approved, follow the return instructions
